Almond-Nana Shake
This delicous high-protein shake can be made in a few minutes and is a completely guilt-free option. Have within 30 minutes of finishing your workout or have as a meal replacement.
Ingredients
- 28g Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport or Regular Formula 1 French Vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond butter
- 1 small banana
- 30 g oats
- 200 mL skim milk
- 3-5 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
