Looking for a delicious combination of sweet and salty? Try these bite-sized protein balls, made with Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, oats, nuts, and seeds. Enjoy on-the-go or as a post workout snack.

Method

1. Mix Rebuild Strength with the oats, pepitas, flaxseeds, almonds, and pecans in a large bowl. Add cinnamon and salt, mixing all the ingredients.

2. Whisk maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

3. Combine both mixtures into a dough. Add a dash of milk if dough is too dry.

4. Arrange shredded coconut in a small bowl and prepare a freezer bag or airtight container for refrigerating the protein balls.

5. Take about one TBSP of dough and roll into a ball. Roll the ball in shredded coconut and place it in the container. Repeat the process, spacing out the balls.

6. Cover and refrigerate the balls for at least one hour.
